First time adult appointments are booked a double appointment, and are charged accordingly.
Extra services will incur additional fee.
Payment at time of consultation is appreciated.
Please allow two working days for prescription requests.
The ACC Surcharge arises from the fact that the ACC subsidy (automatically deducted from the consultation fee) only covers part of the total consultation fee (less than half in our case), and in addition, ACC does not cover the cost of dressings or equipment. Some Specialist and Clinics may not have any ACC surcharge because their structure and funding streams are different.
